Very poor telephone manner. If you are not prepared to take orders within your stated business hours then either change them or don't answer the phone. Shall be using an alternative local florist.

This florist let me down with the flowers for my daughters birthday. For the money I paid I would have had MUCH nicer from the local supermarket for one third of the price. Very poor value for money, flowers didn't last, never have when I have used this florist in the past. Thought I would give her a third try but never again - difficult and uncaring proprietor.
